I had a great experience at Universal Genesis. The sales person named Nicolas Gomez was very polite. He knew exactly what my wife and I were looking for, and took us exactly where to look at it. The pricing was very straight forward with no hidden fees. My wife and I drove and hour away from home to Universal Genesis because the closest dealership to us was Jenkins Genesis and we did not like the way we got treated there, they were trying to charge us a bunch or random fees and we didn’t feel that they were helping us on the original price of the car. But at Universal Genesis everything was different and exactly how we had wanted it to be since the beginning thanks to the dealership and our sales person Nicolas Gomez. Highly recommended!!!
