additional charges over the estimate
Wayne's quoted me approximately $500 for a repair. When the repair was complete, they charged me $600. Why increase? Failure to include a "diagnostic fee" in the estimate. I have TWO problems with this. First, this additional charge should have been revealed up front. Second, I told Wayne's what part I wanted to have replaced so no "diagnosis" was required.
I emailed Wayne's yesterday about my displeasure and they did not reply.
Therefore, I cannot recommend Wayne's and will not use them in the future.
