additional charges over the estimate
Wayne's quoted me approximately $500 for a repair. When the repair was complete, they charged me $600. Why increase? A "diagnostic fee". I have TWO problems with this. First, this additional charge should have been revealed up front in the estimate . Second, I told Wayne's what part I wanted to have replaced so the "diagnosis" was bogus.
Therefore, I cannot recommend Wayne's and will not use them in the future.
