ught it from , but Drellishaks far out did the dealer. My windshield wiper fluid was not working and the dealer ignored it. Drellishaks found the w/s washer pump was bad and replaced it. They also topped off all fluids. The sticker reminding me of the ext oil change was a great idea.

My cars, especially this one always have the weirdest issues. This car was a salvage title and has
had issues that should have been fixed during the car rebuild before I bought it. (Live and learn).
I've had leaks from the transmission and coolant recently. Dan has gotten into the issues, shown me the locations of the leaks knew about, and was up front about the concerns that we could be looking at deeper issues. We made the decision to go ahead with what we knew of and cross our fingers. He had to dive pretty deep into the periphery on top and in the front of the engine block to replace tubing to the radiator and then coolant parts and seals to hopefully fix the issues.
I am aware that the car could just need to be replaced if it goes further, but we'll keep an eye on it for now.
I have nothing but praise for his efforts, and how easy those two at the front desk have been to work with me!

Was looking at a very expensive repair for my 2011 Jeep Wrangler. Joe and Mike found that the issue
was a lot less expensive and had the honesty and integrity to let me know. Any other shop would have definitely taken advantage of this situation. Very helpful and very honest. Did a very clean, prompt job. Would definitely recommend!
