How can I even begin to say how great ALL of the people at Jake's are?! They are so very thoughtful,
considerate, kind, understanding, honest, loyal, caring.....and you get the picture because I could go on and on. I had to have the dashboard removed and a part replaced and while they could have really took me to the bank on this one, they DID NOT! They actually looked for EVERY way they could save me money and the best course of action to keep it cheap as possible. The snow and ice hit in the middle of them fixing it and they still had it finished earlier than expected. I called Amanda to pay her so I could go pick up the truck and she even started it so I did not have to get into a freezing truck when I got there. Let me not forget to mention how all of the papers and things I had in my glovebox, they politely put in a box on the seat! It is the little details that carry the biggest weight sometimes, I can't tell you how many times I have picked my car up from another shop and my things were just thrown in the floorboard haphazardly. I will NEVER go anywhere else and you shouldn't either!
