I knew what was wrong with the truck. I'd previously replaced the part that failed. Jessie and his
crew confirmed it and put in a new one. Then we discovered that the "other" part (which I had also previously replaced) was bad. So to summarize - they fixed the two problems that I had anticipated and which I could have done by myself - but they did it faster, easier, and with more expertise than I could.
