When Joe(?) received the tires for my truck, he noticed that they were three years old and rejected t
hem and ordered another set. He could have installed them, but didn’t. I appreciate that!

It is a pleasure to do business with John’s Automotive. I trust John, Neil, Jenn and the rest of the
crew there to keep me safe while protecting the value of my truck. They go out of their way to make things right each time. Highly recommend.

We have had Hwy 92 service my truck and my wife's Mini Cooper and their attention to detail surprised
and pleased me. They found things that really needed attention that were far outside what the cars were brought in for. They are probably the best service/repair place we have ever seen.

I’ve been a patron for too many years to count. I recently had my car inspected which passed, but th
ey pointed out a minor inexpensive problem that if left not repaired it could escalate into a major and costly problem. I like it that they “head things off at the pass” to keep me from having major problems down the road. In addition, they saw that I had a nail in my tire that they fixed at no cost. Something else for which I wasn’t aware. I have always had peace of mind when having my car serviced here. They keep their highly trained mechanics up-to-date on the latest state-of-the-art and certifications. I sleep better knowing that my car is in the best of hands as I travel across state lines on a regular basis.

Recent service
Tim, I have been happy with the service you have provided since march 2010, but after getting time to
look at my recent bill I'm wondering if the labor cost is correct? I'm not the smartest person but not sure why the labor cost is so high. I can't believe it would take more than one hour to change the oil and spark plugs. Checking everything else maybe one hour and the serpentine belt another hour. I'm thinking three hours should have been plenty of time to do all the required work. Looking at the labor cost It seems high. If your hourly wage is $80.00 at three hours that would add up to $240.00. I trust your judgment when you tell me if something needs to be replaced, but I don't want to be charged if my car is just sitting there.
