The Genesis GV70 is a luxury car which offers a smooth ride .

I like the Genesis GV70 with the high tariff the car is expensive to repair. The body style could be slimmer on the front end.

Love this car!

I was a little concerned about getting this car because of range anxiety. I do still somewhat have that issue but am feeling much better about it as more and more charging stations are being installed. Other than that, I do love everything about this car. Hoping with newer models and new innovations with the batteries it will just get better and better.

Nice build and ride

Drives well, feels plush and luxurious inside. Surely missing a heated steering wheel, which is a must for a vehicle in this price range. Back seat leg room is cramped and the EV range of 250 is inadequate.

Great Luxury EV

Overall this is a great luxury EV. One of the best qualities is that it does not have the EV look of other cars on the road. It would be great if they offered it with some more of the sport trims and wheels for a more aggressive look. In addition, software updates that are performed tend to have unexpected bugs. For example, the latest software update causes the care to switch to the metric system of units after every 5 starts and requires to be manually reset in the computer. That being said, these are small complaints in what is otherwise a great vehicle. I hope that they offer the all electric version of the GV80 in the near future to provide shoppers with a larger alternative.

Beautiful inside and out

Love the style, comfort and “luxury “ feel from a car half the price of competitors. The customer service is outstanding, any issues are dealt with promptly and always with a smile . Would love more miles to the charge but this was the first edition so it is to be expected. Well done Genesis, I’m looking forward to my next purchase which I hope is the Magma edition GV70-80!

Great but still room for improvement

Design and Exterior The design and exterior of this car are impeccable, featuring sleek lines and a modern aesthetic. The proportions are well-balanced, and the attention to detail is evident, giving the vehicle a high-end and sophisticated appearance. From the front grille to the rear light clusters, every element reflects the designer's meticulous effort. Interior Materials The interior materials are equally impressive, with carefully chosen materials and precise craftsmanship. The leather seats are soft and comfortable, and the materials used on the dashboard and door panels feel premium to the touch, creating an overall luxurious atmosphere. Considering the purchase price, the car offers excellent value for money. Areas for Improvement Despite the car's outstanding design and material quality, there are a few areas that could be improved: Noise Issues: Noise is one of the most detrimental factors to the car's luxury feel. During my drive, I noticed two specific noise issues. The first is a rattle from the dashboard, particularly noticeable when driving over slightly bumpy roads. The sound seems to come from the transparent plastic covering the speedometer, which is quite annoying. The second issue is a wind noise, which I suspect indicates a leak, though I'm unsure if it's from the sunroof or the passenger-side window. In windy conditions, even at speeds as low as 60 mph, there is a pronounced whistling sound. Recording Features: The car is already equipped with surround-view cameras, so it seems like a missed opportunity not to include features like Sentry Mode and a dashcam. These functionalities would greatly enhance security and provide valuable footage in case of incidents, adding to the car's overall appeal. Automatic Wipers: The automatic wipers have never functioned properly, regardless of the intensity of the rain. This is a significant inconvenience, as it requires manual adjustment to maintain visibility during adverse weather conditions. Improving the reliability of this feature would greatly enhance the driving experience. App Functionality: The mobile app is decent overall, though the map feature could use some improvement. However, the smartwatch app is quite problematic. It frequently requires re-login, often displaying messages that the "logging session is expired."
