Best Car Ever!

The vehicle is easy to get in and out of, is library quiet and rides so nicely. Always very well mannered and comfortable as can be, but with plenty of power on tap when you want it. Also a perfect execution of what a functional electric car interior should be. Has just the right amount of “hard controls” vs. soft keys buried layers down in menus on a tough screen. Styling and materials are fantastic, and the tech is user friendly and intuitive. Also love the automatic setting on the regenerative braking. It’s perfect.

Overall. Love it. Just need some tweaks to software & logic

We love the vehicle. Just wish would do simple things like remember to not show me again explaining the right screen window options when you change driver profile. To turn on and keep on the lane assist each time you turn it off.

Beautiful car with some issues...

I got my car in May of 2024 and overall I love the EV. It's my first EV, however I've experienced several issues with the car that has made my experience very average. One, the brakes are a serious issue. The brake pads are dysfunctional and cause a squeak (loud) when reversing. This hasn't been resolved by Genesis as of yet. Also I have had several programming issues with the software in the car. Otherwise, it has a beautiful drive and very functional.

Favorite Car

This GV60 is by far and away my favorite car I have ever owned. Firstly, I love the sleek, rounded, modern look. It is loaded with technology that works. It is quite comfortable, drives smoothly and handles quite nimbly! It has plenty of power. And, it has plenty of storage! The range suites my needs and it charges quickly! And the service I've received has been 5 star! I couldn't be happier!!

Amazing means of transport!

Everything works. Can’t say that about all vehicles. Brakes, steering weight, visibility except for rear window, safety factors/features, comfort, roominess, boot space, general silence when operating. Gripes…very minor: can’t pull charger cable if it’s not finished, no hooks or means of securing grocery bags in boot, turning radius requires a half mile.

okay, but not in love

It's not the world's most handsome vehicle, and no one told me that the sunroof wouldn't actually open. Feels like that was deception, or something else. The range promised is nowhere to be seen. And the vehicle bleeds mileage in a way I was unprepared for. If I start driving and it says I have 120 miles left on the charge, it's problematic when the real amount left on the charge is closer to 80 or 90. I've had to grab quick charges in some random and unsafe places in the past.

Love it, with just a few glitches

Mostly I love this car. It is fun to drive, has a lot of space inside and because it’s electric, somewhat guilt free to drive. There are a couple of issues though. The owner’s manual is poorly written. Like maybe it was translated from Korean by AI and not proof read by an English speaking person? The website is cumbersome and doesn’t jive completely with the car. For example, it says I needed service at 5000 mi but didn't need it until 8000. It was giving me a schedule for a gas car and not recognizing that it is electric. Also, I keep getting an error message that the software didn’t update, but I have no idea how to fix that. Wireless AppleCarPlay connects with my husbands phone but won’t set up for mine, despite me having the latest phone and operating system. I overlook these things because I like the car so much, but Genesis needs better IT.
