Love the care. Hate your service and dealerships

I loved the car till I had to deal with the service teams. Spoke to customer care and they were equally disappointing. Now I’ll have to buy a different car when in market next year.

Meets High Expectations…

Overall I really love this car. Sharp looking, decent handling, strong acceleration as well as quiet and comfortable. I have a 2023 2.5 Advance, with comes with the pano roof, real leather seats, heated and ventilated seats, surround view monitor, and the premium Lexicon audio. Lots of features for the $$$. Only possible improvements would be seat comfort (a little firm) and the Lexicon does not wow.

2023 Genesis GV70

We love our Genesis but we have had several issues with warranty although Coconut Creek Genesis has been amazing specially Ronnie (absolutely amazing). I can't say that about Wallace in St Lucie County. They left us stranded on 95 because we did not purchase from them. They refused to fix our vehicle which was a warranty/recall issue with AC because we did not purchase from them.

Love it...until I got hit

I have really enjoyed my GV70...stylish, drives great, great interior, plenty of room (I'm 6'5"), technology is attractive and easy to use. My only issue is I had a wreck (guy t-boned me on front driver side wheel) and the cost of the repairs has been huge...$17,000 charged by the body shop recommended by my insurance, and then another $10,000 when I took the car in for routine service and they found significant damage that had not been fixed properly. Will all repairs be this costly? Again, very happy with the car but leery of maintenance should something happen.

Improvement on the a/c control for the rear passenger area. The controls are available for the rear seating at the rear area but they are not controlled at the rear.
