Good value -

Car is a good value for the money and drives well. Two areas that need improvement are the touch screen controls and radio. The touch screen and wheel control are just too complicated to use while driving. It seems that the designers put a ton of technology into the vehicle which all works but is not easy to use and requires too much of the drivers attention. The radio has absolutely terrible reception and clarity. The excuse from the Genesis and the dealer is that everyone uses apps on their phone so we do not spend money on a decent antenna system for FM radio. For a luxury vehicle that is a poor reason.

Love the car but it does have a few flaws

Sunroof noise - corrected. Rear differential replaced. Major complaint with paint quality and application. Hood edge bare metal and very thin with swirl marks when received.

Great vehicle. Class design, great performance.

Great vehicle but had wind noise in sun roof to be repaired by dealership. Chrome trim around side windows tarnished and replaced by dealership at no charge.

Genesis GV 70

Good vehicle performance, but not happy when you take your car for service to another genesis dealership and they make you pay for a service due (state inspection) because you didn't purchase the vehicle at the dealership. The dealership I take it too is closer to the house and more convenient.

Genesis GV70 Review

I am generally satisfied with the car. My major complaints are the shift rotor instead of a handle control, Instability of the display (often shifts from one scenario to another without a command), and pause at times when accelerating (I suspect lack of smoothness due to turbo). On the positive it rides well, has good acceleration (despite pause mentioned), is comfortable, stylish and my matte finish paint jobs gets a lot of compliments.
