Great car

The car gives a great ride . I can say it drives between a Mercedes or BMW and a Lexus. It’s a pleasure to drive on the road.

We love the fact that you can get in and out of a car very easily,

I don’t like the fact that you cannot lock the doors from the driver seat when you open the driver’s seat door you have to wait till all the doors are open and shut before you can lock all the doors.

A great car in most respects but having to sign in every time I start the car is aggravating. The fingerprint identification method NEVER works!

Build Quality

Two issues from date of delivery: Defective air flap system which took the dealer a month to repair. Information screen kept flipping off and on. Took two trips to the dealer to repair.

Genesis GV70 - great car

The GV70 is fun to drive. It is just the right size and allows easy entry and exit. Can store quite a bit in the back even without the seats lowered. Comfortable, nice looking car. Would definitely recommend it to others and would buy one again

Still in love with my Genesis

I fell in love with Genesis since they announced the GV80 for the first time. Unfortunately, I was not able to afford one at the time, but when they came out with the GV70, I was able to purchase one. My goal is to trade it in for the GV80 in the near future!

Very poor acceleration from a stop

When you press the accelerator to go from a stop fast, there is a big lag of a couple seconds before the car goes. This is a bad flaw and dangerous. Not the turbo lag. No car I have ever had does this. Other than this I like the car fine. I have tried all drive modes.

GV70 advanced

Overall very happy with vehicle. The GV70 is comfortable even on rough roads and has excellent acceleration. I did find the owners manual to be a disappointment. The stop/go feature is annoying as well as the lane assist. The camera system as well as most of the alerts are very useful.
