20k miles with my 2025 GV70

Nice vehicle, more luxury than sport. 4cyl turbo is plenty fast, and gives a more nimble drive than the heavier 6 cyl. Average 21 mpg. Plenty of luxury and safety features. factory tow hitch is very fugly, needs a better mounting option for front license plate (if your state requires one). Brake action and headlight perfomance are primary niggles.

Ron's 2025 GV70

Overall very satisfied. Door locks are a real issue. Sometimes when I go to get in the car and it's unlocked the doors lock. Also back seat doors stay locked when ready to exit. If I am carrying passengers, they cannot get out of the car without me opening the door from the outside. I have done everything i know to fix this to no avail. very frustrating!

We love the fact that you can get in and out of a car very easily,

I don’t like the fact that you cannot lock the doors from the driver seat when you open the driver’s seat door you have to wait till all the doors are open and shut before you can lock all the doors.

Build Quality

Two issues from date of delivery: Defective air flap system which took the dealer a month to repair. Information screen kept flipping off and on. Took two trips to the dealer to repair.

Genesis GV70 - great car

The GV70 is fun to drive. It is just the right size and allows easy entry and exit. Can store quite a bit in the back even without the seats lowered. Comfortable, nice looking car. Would definitely recommend it to others and would buy one again

Still in love with my Genesis

I fell in love with Genesis since they announced the GV80 for the first time. Unfortunately, I was not able to afford one at the time, but when they came out with the GV70, I was able to purchase one. My goal is to trade it in for the GV80 in the near future!
