Customer Service has RUINED this car experience

My connected services has stopped working as the modem has disappeared. No remote start, maps broken, can't lock doors via app or without keys. I called customer service, and they created a ticket with an estimated time frame. I called back three times after each expected completion time, and each time, they extended the date. The fourth time calling, they told me they didn't actually submit the ticket and I'm going to be place at the back of the queue. The service has been down since mid November and I still haven't heard anything from them. I rely on this service for the winter and to also make sure the doors are locked while in the city. Customer service on twitter said they could elevate the ticket and that still didn't do anything. The Annapolis dealership said it's not their problem and can't do anything until Connected Services does something about it. I'm looking at filing a BBB complaint. Everyone I know is aware of the frustrations I've been having with Genesis and their support. This problem is being actively ignored as I don't think they are interested in trying to solve it. They want to diagnose it remotely but they can't... The modem does not have an IMEI! How are you going to connect in. And then I'm going to have to wait for another extended period of time while its in the garage. This has been a horrible experience. I can't recommend Genesis to anyone right now because if something breaks, you're screwed. If you're interested in following along with this saga, case #41877321. Until then, I'm stuck having purchased a partial product.

Computer glitches

I love the look and the way it rides. It has lots of nice features. I've had a number of issues with the computer system - 1. Dashboard screen goes blank randomly. 2. Radio goes off randomly. 3. Every time my sleeve touches the widget mouse thing, it changes my radio station.

Overall, I really like the vehicle, but after two months, the battery died and Genesis and the Hyundai dealership in Orange Park fought over who was going to pay for it and I was without a car for a week and finally had to give a lot of pushback to get it done

Very satisfied

the Genesis is very comfortable driving and riding. I have used it in the snow and I feel very safe driving. I used the alternate terrain mode and it does provide extra stability. I am still learning about the vehicle and all the devices but for the most I am very pleased with the vehicle.

My Genesis

My car runs great! It is a very smooth ride. The profiles are a pain at times as the car is slow to change the seat settings. I am also not a fan of the unlocking system as I approach. There have been many times when my car does not unlock and I have to dig my fob out of my purse in a busy parking lot. I feel there could be more storage in the vehicle. Also the radio station programming keeps changing.

GV 70 2026 Personal Review

This is an attractive vehicle, generally better looking that most of the others of this category (Compact SUV). It is well finished with an upscale type available. The engine (V6 Bi-Turbo) is well powerful enough for the vehicle gross weight. It has all the current elctronic bells and whistles, that are mandated and more. The downside is that the car returns disappointing gas-mileage (even when driven reasonably conservatively) , compared to its’ competitors, poorly designed owner’s manual (awful indexing) , and perculiar electronics menus, which take patience to handle. The front passenger seat is claimed to be too “hard” for a mature figure.
