The handling is its best feature
Overall, I like my car. It handles beautifully, taking sharp turns easily and it is a smooth ride, handling road bumps with little noise or bumpiness. The technology is solid with an easy to use interface. The downsides are that it doesn't have heads-up display that most vehicles at its price point have these days, the back seating is very tight compared to competitor vehicles like the Audi Q5 and some of the internal basic features like floor mats and the trunk liner are made of cheap quality materials. The sales experience was awful - promises made that weren't delivered on, being driven to 5 parking lots to find a vehicle to test drive, only to be told there isn't one available (although I had an appointment), and having my dealer license plate expire without an extension or a permanent plate provided in time and having to chase down the staff to get this basic task done. Hopefully, the service experience is more professional and warranties are honoured - I am new to Genesis and as my sales experience was the worst that I have ever experienced, I need a good service experience to stay with this brand.
