Pretty but not great service

First it ran low on oil. Then 2,000 mile before oil change due yet another oil low emergency notice. Then another error about air flow. It has significantly red my confidence in Genesis Also the service is severely less than other brands. It is ridiculous that there are NEVER any courtesy vehicles available. At this point, once this vehicle has reached my limit, I will not buy another Genesis.

Many hours of research before purchasing.

I designed the GV80 on their website. It returned a 95% hit on a unit, literally on a truck, headed to a dealer, 2 hours away. I called the dealer and placed a deposit on this specific car. Matte grey, prestige, model.

Could be one of the best vehicles on the road.

Love the car the ride the comfort and options. I have 22,000 miles and driving on a road trip the outside driver rear door handles falls off. Upper chrome part of the handle is gone. I am now out $210.00 if I replace it myself. Not something would expect to fail in a short period of time. To make matter worst my wife's car 2022 G80 was in their repair shop, they are replacing the engine because the failed to replace the oil plug on a simple oil change and the engine froze up. You would think having my wife's car for over a month they would install my door handle at no charge even though I'm buying a part that should not have come off.

Excellent Service

Jerry our service advisor, took us short notice for an alert. Our issue was resolved. It maintenance very soon so we got that done while I waited. The waiting area was very clean, well stocked, neat and comfortable. All staff were very friendly. Great job as always.
