I call my Genesis a chariot because it makes me feel like a king. It's luxury at a non-luxurious price! A bargain for your money.

Nice ride - technology is not good

The vehicle is beautiful inside and out. The service is not good and you need to basically beg for a loaner when you need service . Service reps are not educated on the vehicle even though they are genesis service reps .

Very nice, but could improve a few items.

Passenger seat needs a memory and also massage like the driver seat. More head room for driver is possible.

My 2023 Genesis Review

I believe the car is a great car. The cons i see are 1) when i turn the car on it automatically come on at 72 degrees even if left at another degree. 2) After raising the temp to 82, the next setting is high. Other vehicles go from 82, 83 , 84 etc. 3) gas milage not great. Pros: great to drive, all the safety features, get met compliments on the style, dashboard is great, love the way you can change colors inside, front grille is stylist, good pick speed for the size. Like the was the door auto shut if someone does not shut them all the way and the app on the phone to control some feature in the vehicle like locking doors.

Proud GV80 Owner

I have been more than pleased with my dealings with the Genesis family of vehicles. I have purchased three: the Hyundai Genesis, Genesis G80, and Genesis GV80, and this last vehicle has exceeded my expectations. Not only is it designed well, but the ride and handling are first-rate. The three-year valet service is a bonus. I will always drive a Genesis!

very luxury and beautiful SUV except

the repair and maintenance support is not good. I had a small part on the glove compartment break and when I took it to the service center, they were going to charge me 300 and was not able to help me figure out how to purchase the small piece without purchasing the whole glove box.

Great Car but technology screens are awkward

I love this car but navigating the info screen and settings are a real challenge. Reaching the touch screen can be dangerous when driving. I'm sure "techies" enjoy all the different settings but they are difficult for me. The 3" thick owner's manual is a joke; apparently, I don't use the proper terminology to use the index.

Great vehicle overall but room to improve.

Overall I love the SUV. I would make real leather as part of the base. I ended up getting prestige for the 2.5L engine and felt that it should have had nicer interior.

I love driving this car. 375 horsepower car is fast. Practically drives itself. Has 21 lexicon Smooth ride with that luxury experience. Has plush interior, smooth ride, and advanced features, awesome infotainment system.

Excellent car for the money.

I really love driving this car, it’s very comfortable and fairly easy to navigate the infotainment system. I. Enjoy the drive assist and massage seat only wish the passenger seat had massage as well. I’ve had very few problems and those are small and mainly with the updates to the system. I would recommend this car to friends and family.
