One Satisfied Customer

No complaints about my GV80. A comfortable luxury ride, more bells and whistles than most luxury cars, but at a reasonable price. This is our first Genesis, our previous 5 cars were Hyundais and we were so happy with them, we decided to give Genesis a try ... and so glad we did! Professional service at the dealership and online monthly reports are very much appreciated. Well done!

GV80 Luxurious SUV

GV80 Turbo 6 performs amazing. The ride is smooth & very little cabin noise. I would buy this vehicle again over the Mercedes GLE, Audio A7 & Lexus.

GV80 in Texas, 2 years, 40k miles

40k miles. 2years. Still comfortable for long drives in Texas and quick trips to the store. Milage to be expected, tailwind can see +26 even 30 on the highway, headwind only 20, average is around 24 but city driving is minimal. Maintenance is at the dealer so far and I'm satisfied with their work, prefer to leave it and come back. If I wait, seems they get rushed to get it out quickly and there are water spots after the wash which are non-existent when I get it later. Only observed the AWD a couple of times on wet roads when it did its job, but I felt the traction get shifted.

Beautiful SUV

The design of the car is beautiful. It has a lot of power but the downside is that driving constantly on eco mode only gets an average of 20 miles per gallon. The interior is beautiful and very well constructed.

2024 GV80 Satisfaction

All good except we were without our GV80 for 28 days when wiring harness was replaced. Dealer was not responsible for delay, as they were waiting for parts. However we would like Genesis to extend our lease 1 month due to the long wait.
