Car better than dealership

No spare tire , and were not able to replace within a 2 week timespan ….without a loaner available. Had to tow the car to to a tire store for easy replacement. Definitely not a luxury car experience.

Very nice luxury-class SUV!

I have had my 2024 Genesis GV80 Advanced Prestige SUV for just over 13 months, and I have thoroughly enjoyed the exterior and interior style and tech package. Love the heads up display and roominess of the vehicle. The 3.5 twin turbo was a must for me, having come from a Charger Daytona hemi-powered vehicle.

Like a high-end hotel

Incredible luxury. Such a beautiful car inside and out. My only complaint is with the Apple Car Play---sometimes the Genesis recognizes it and sometimes it doesn't; the technology can be "glitchy." I wish the central vision board could go inward and be hidden from view upon exiting the car

Lemon

I want to love the car but I've had so many issues with it from the day I purchased it. It has has the differential replaced once and will need it again. The ride is not as everyone else describes. I unfortunately think mine is a lemon.

This car is a big hit!

I'm very happy with my car. I love the styling and the plush interior. I would like to see a little more space between the cup holder spots. I would like a vertical phone charger. Nothing major.

2024 Sport Prestige 2.5

I love my vehicle and all the things it brings to the table from the exterior and interior looks, to the features throughout. It garners plenty of looks. A couple of things that I wish Genesis applied to the 2024 is the softer ride quality of the 2025 model. I hear more of the drive train in highway driving that the 2025 model now has. Second, ability to unlock rear doors as the front. This has been changed to accommodate the 2025 buyers. Wish 2024 had better turn radius. Parking is challenge in tight spaces. Seats are too firm as well.

Not as awesome as I expected it to be.

While I really want to say this vehicle is awesome as I was expecting, I can't. The road noise is loud and this is a huge disappointment, especially when compared to either a Cadillac SRX or Lincoln MKZ. The display is great and I do like that when you put your turn signal on the lane next to you shows upon the dash. The seats are very comfortable and I love the back massage after driving an hour. I absolutely hate the lane assist when it is on cruise control. It gets you to close to other cars in my option. I am glad that I can turn it off. It does have great cargo space. Love the auto High/Low with the headlights and the auto hold was a nice surprise. When it is raining and you are driving, there is a sucking sound that occurs overhead. It is also entirely to difficult to get an appointment for maintenance/service as there are too few dealers.
