Vehicle is great! 100%. Salesman, terrible big fat ZERO!

Bad experience with finance, sales. Took 6 months to get tags and title after payoff. Said we still owed $125.

Pleased overall

Overall pleased with this vehicle. Wider front seats would be nice. Also the wireless charger needs to be better. It does not work for my phone. Would also be nice to be able to set the default setting for the engine not shutting off when the vehicle is stopped.

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE

My GV80 is a wonderful car! Of all of the cars that we have owned, this is by far my favorite! The styling is wonderful, and creature comforts excellent. I truly feel safe when driving this car!

Genesis review

Lack of service locations is starting to become an unsatisfactory item in Genesis ownership. I now have 1.5 hours to a dealer. I do not like the quality of the screen monitor mapping display. Print information is to small even when on largest setting. Night driving map not very clear.

My positive experience with Genesis GV80.

The over-all experience was positive; I traded the vehicle in on a larger SUV that is easier to get in and out of...the over-all quality of car was very high. I used the quality of the GV80 as my standard for buying my larger SUV.

Low tech

The thing that drew me to this vehicle is the technology, however things as simple as linking a cell phone to the car have not yet been solved. Service turn around on the vehicle is terrible taking 5 weeks and still didn’t fix our issues. We own three regular Hyundai vehicles and have never had issues like this upscale Hyundai.
