Unwanted Driver Seat Changes

My driver side car seat moves all the way up to the steering wheel when I turn the car off and don’t get out immediately. If I remotely start the car and open the passenger side car door to put my things in the car will turn off.

My favorite car ever!

my GV 80 is not only luxurious but bad ass. I can take it out for a fancy dinner or off-roading and camping. Not many cars can be perfect for both.

Great Car - Service Not So Great

The car itself is excellent -- it drives beautifully, looks great and has terrific technology. However, post-purchase service has been less than satisfactory -- when I bought the car, I was told that I would get concierge service -- I haven't been able to receive concierge services to date.

Nothing else will do!

After months of test driving and research, could not find a replacement for my (at the time 2019 G80 Sport). Wanted an SUV, then it occurred to me, “Don”t mess with perfection!” Why not try the GV80. So I did, and found perfection again. What a great machine.

Very pleased with vehicle and service so far. Vehicle is a little complicated as far as profiles and seating. Shift lever and control button are too close and take a while to get used to.

Check engine light at 13k miles Poor service. Can't get parts..

Gorgeous car with amazing features but just as I feared the car is already in the dealership with a check engine light powertrain issue at 13k miles. Took over a week just to get an appt to bring it in to see what the issue was. Dropped it off at Genesis dealership in Charlotte and zero calls from service dept to update us on status. 12 days later my husband shows up at dealership to see what's going on and they said it needs a fuel injector and not sure when they can get the part. Possibly 3 weeks from now. I was pleased up until this fiasco. We are very disappointed that we are already having issues at 13k miles and now it's sitting there because they can't get parts. Not what I expect with a luxury suv. I never had this issue with our Fords, Lexus, Hondas, Chevys. Seats are not comfortable. Lower back hurts every day when I drive it. Issues with sounding like in a tunnel even with update. Too many issues already.
