Glad I chose this vehicle. First Luxury brand i have purchased. I get comments weekly on how beautiful the car is and if i like it. I tell everyone the same thing "I love it, it's my favorite vehicle I have owned (i have own many vehicles the past 45 years)

The Genesis GV 80 is a beautiful car. It does have a few design flaws. Also, the lack of dedicated Genesis dealerships is a big problem.

I am very pleased with the vehicle. So many things to learn. The ride and the performance are excellent. The service with Genesis of Conway is outstanding and a young man name Kehlan takes great care of us when we visit.

Beautiful Luxury SUV

Everything about the car is wonderful, from the tech to the lines and the paint. Only downside is gas mileage (around 20mpg) but that's the compromise for a twin turbo V6.

Unhappy with Dealer Network

I am very un-happy with your dealer network. I purchased the car at Genesis Hyundai of Escondido CA. I felt that the Dealer network was adequate and growing. To my surprise, after buying the car Escondido broke off from Genesis. I now have one dealer in Kearney Mesa, and the next closest is 80 miles away. In addition, I now feel very uneasy about driving across county in case of a breakdown. I previously Had a Lexus RX350. Good dealer network as well as Toyota as a backup. As another example, the battery used in my GV80 is unique. How ridicules is this. In an emergency out on the road, where besides Genesis can I get a battery. Auto parts stores do not carry this battery. Also, the battery cost was $600 the last time that I checked with Genesis and there were none in stock. The warranty is also 1 to2 years? The car only has 7500 miles on it. No problems since I purchased it.
