It delivers what is advertised

Only complaint comes from the fact that when I go through the car wash and in neutral at the end it won’t shift to drive ,it stays in neutral. Thank god the car wash has an emergency shut off system. Otherwise the cars behind me would have piled up on me. Just went again yesterday and the same thing happened. I’ve actually had to turn off the engine and restart?? What’s the problem?

Wonderful car!

My Genesis GV80 is one of the best cars we have owned. The quiet interior and the smooth ride is fantastic. Really need Bluetooth for my CarPlay. Been waiting for months.

The vehicle is great. The connected services experience is poor.

Still haven't received our complimentary Wifi, or wireless carplay. It took two visits to two different dealers and multiple phone calls to support and corporate to get the basic OTA connected services going. We are still waiting on wireless carplay which supposedly is fixed in a VERY slow to update version. When you go to the app to signup for complimentary wifi from Verizon, the app says go to Verizon. Verizon then tells you to open the app and signup there... endless loop resulting in no wifi, paid or free, this experience really stinks.

Overall driving and comfort is very good

Vehicle wouldn't start after two month . Key fob module needed replacement. Took too long to tow, fix and return the vehicle.

Extremely Satisfied!

I have loved my GV80 so far! It is very fun to drive, the technology is out of this world, and it is easily the most comfortable ride I have had. The digital dashboard is a highlight for sure, I am so impressed with the technology. Tons of space in the driver seat, almost too much width, but no complaining about that. My only issue will hopefully resolve itself soon, which is the fact I was told about an update that will be pushed out allowing me to connect with apple play via bluetooth. I am still waiting and the cord is getting to be a nuisance, but that is so minor it isn't a factor. I love the car!
