Top Technology Affordable Price

This was the fastest decision we’ve ever made when it came to leasing a car—and we couldn’t be happier about it. The GV80 immediately won me over with its style, comfort, and especially its technology package. Coming from a Land Rover, I can honestly say the tech in the GV80 is far superior—more intuitive, modern, and user-friendly. It’s been a great upgrade, and I’m super happy with my choice. Loving Sage

I walked into the Brooklyn Genesis dealership my heart jumped. My favorite color is green, I was wearing a green dress, and the GENESIS QV80 was green. I instantly thought this was the day that I walk out with MY vehicle. I test drove and fell in love-she "SAGE" came home with me. That 5 minute show and tell of what SAGE could do amazed me! Although, I went home and googled everything. I thought to myself I should have recorded him.... I can say that this car is everything I would want in a car-from all the features to the smooth ride and still good on gas. SAGE is a WINNER!!

Okay but still missing details

While the GV80 is a nice vehicle, it is missing some the mark in some areas that are easily fixable. For instance, the auto engine stop will not work in park which means when you pull into a parking spot and stop, the engine goes off and turns back on when you put it in park only to turn off the engine again. The homelink garage door opener does not work with the engine off so when you pull into the garage and turn off the car you can no longer close the garage door. When you turn off the vehicle and want to listen to the radio a while longer while waiting in the car for something the radio will only play for a couple of minutes and then it shuts off with no way to start it again without starting the vehicle (or putting it in accessory mode which runs many systems in the battery). My BMW would allow 10 minutes of radio and then would allow another 10 minutes just by hitting the power button on the radio again—no need to start the engine. Also, the stereo is quite nice as long as you want to listen to a FM HD station. If you switch to AM or Apple Music or Amazon music from your phone it sounds like a cheap Honda stereo. The complete cockpit screen (speedometer, menus, etc—the entire display) has completely shut down and seems to reboot itself while driving down the road on two occasions now (in 2000 miles)—fortunately the vehicle continues to drive normally and it reboots right away so you only miss info for about 30 seconds or so but it is pretty unnerving. Some Genesis dealers still feel VERY Hyundai and not premium Genesis but their newer stand-alone Genesis stores are very nice. So a nice vehicle but with a quite and nice ride, good features, pleasant interior, and good warranty but it’s still not quite there in the experience/details. Fuel efficiency is terrible and I have the 4-cylinder GV80.
