Luxurious quality over the competition.

We shopped BMW, Audi and Volvo. At first, we did not consider the Genesis. After taking test drive, and feeling the quality and performance, plus an amazing warranty- we were sold.

Great Vehicle, Service Department Sub-Standard

Overall vehicle is great, but the service department gives me pause to buy another one. Thought it was a fluke with the dealership I bought the car, but only had a worse experience dealing with the local dealership. Make sure you speak with the service department at the dealership you plan to service the vehicle. If you do not get a good vibe, I would consider another vehicle. Also make sure to get the prestige trim, you will not be disappointed.

William's GV80

Overall I really like the GV80. My main reservation is the suspension, which seems a bit stiff when compared to my former car, the Lexus LS430. I will point out, it is mainly felt over the manholes and other holes in the road. The overall ride is smooth, but for the aforementioned challenges. Otherwise I am enjoying the rest of the car in almost every way.

Thus far I've been very impressed with the GV 80

I've been impressed with the look of the GV 80 and how smooth a ride it has. I am equally impressed with the interior and the functionality of the infotainment center.

Overall fit and finish is excellent. Ride quality with regard to smoothness and sound is very good. Fuel efficency is as stated on the EPA rating. We have not had it long enough to rate reliabiity below.

GV80 REVIEW

Too many bells and whistles. It is difficult to make changes to settings. If you don't play with settings all the time you have to re-learn how to make changes. Many settings are not very intuitive. Not enough storage, especially in the consul area. My wife put a cushion on the passenger seat for added comfort which shuts off the air bag on the passenger side when she sits on it. To touchy of a sensor. Like how the car handles but I think steering at the wheel is a bit stiff when on long drives.
