Very happy except the drivers seat must be manually moved enter/ exit

fix the software so the "easy exit" can allow the seat to go all the way back when programmed.

So very close....

I have very little to criticize here. This car is extremely satisfying. This is my second GV80 - my first was a 2021 Advanced Trim. This latest Coupe with the Supercharger surpasses my first car in almost every category. My only disappointments are small: 1 - the original, recessed infotainment navigator dial (above the gear selector) was superior. 2 - the current physical dashboard knobs (volume, tuning, temperature controls) as well as the Drive Mode knob feel cheap: being plastic and they wobble, unlike the gear selector which is rock solid. 3 - the Dead Pedal and the hood release latch should be aluminum, like the gas and brake pedals. 4 - the sill plate should illuminate the Genesis name. 5 - it should have air suspension

Genesis GV80 Nicely Done

The GV 80 I own is the top trim level. All things considered, it has almost all the features one could expect. The ride is excellent, the V6 Turbo has plenty of power, the interior space is more than adequate, and the ride is quiet. While the vehicle has some amazing features, I would rate it A-. The main reason for this rating is due to an unusual software issue I experienced that caused the vehicle to be in the shop for 3 weeks while the dealership and Hyundai diagnosed and then fixed the problem.

Overall a great car, but not the best buying and support experience

I enjoy how the car drives and handles, but the purchase and delivery were among the worst I’ve experienced. At delivery, no one explained the features. When I asked for a software update to enable wireless CarPlay before I took delivery, they said it wasn’t possible. I returned on my own time the middle of winter and spent two hours installing the update myself because the dealership claimed they lacked a USB drive and couldn’t download an update due to firewall issues (among other exucuses). My request for all-weather mats to compensate for my time was ignored. Aside from minor bugs (e.g., not being able to bookmark 107.9 FM), I like the car—but after this ordeal and unresponsive support, I would not buy another Genesis. Also, the dealership I bought from was a dump. For a "luxury" car, I expected not to feel like I was buying the car out of a dealership space that was last update in the the early 1990's. The facilities are an embarrassment to the brand.

Luxury at its Best!

Beautiful vehicle that has so many amazing features. Most are intuitive. But if they are not, the app amd the physical manual are very helpful and easy to use. The vehicle drives so smoothly and the interior is cushy comfort. This vehicle is an awesome value. Impacted to other luxury SUVs. I love it…a dream car!!!

We purchased a 2021 used drove for 8month traded it in for a 2025 gv80

Only issue when driver gets in I wish the response time to acknowledge drivers was quicker. Takes about 15 seconds to acknowledge
