A Great Driiving Experience

I have to admit, that I'm slightly prejudiced, in terms of my appreciation of my 2025 Genesis GV80 Prestige. Before this I had a 2022 Genesis GV80 Advantage. I love the experience of drive that SUV. It had all the creature comforts of a luxury vehicle, along with enhanced safety features, When I saw the upgraded interior of the 2025 GV80, I knew that I was going to buy it. I was glad that I did. The ride is even more smooth than the 2022 and the revised interior is fantastic. Everyone who sees it, falls kin love with it, especially the expanded Infotainment system screen. It is true luxury SUV.

Your coffee break safety feature is terribly annoying.

The feature take a coffee break is absolutely the worst thing I have ever experienced with any vehicle I have ever owned. It’s terrible and your people refuse to do anything to stop it. If I had known this feature came with this car I would not have purchased it. Everybody is talking about it. It makes this car the worst driving experience ever.0

Overall, excellent. The cluster is a bit clunky

The cluster had an adjustment period more than other cars but I am getting there. It seems that everything is a few extra steps to get to where I want to go every time I get in the car. I have a Lincoln Nautilus and it seems to be a more streamlined with very similar features.

Great ride

smooth ride, very safe - only big dissapointment for me is I don't have the Carplay update. This was the ONE feature I really wanted. I hope I get it soon - 6 months feels too long to wait.

Getting used to the controls

I believe that some of the dash board controls could be made easier to operate. The compass on the front screen is way too small. The fragrance diffuser is not really worth it.

Upset.

I purchased the car brand new and it has about 800 miles on it now and so far there have been four times I've come out in the garage to crank it up and go in the battery has been dead. I called the local Genesis dealer and left my name and number on their recorder and have not heard back from them but I didn't expect much because when I was a Geniuses owner before I couldn't get him a call back then either. I'm scared to take the vehicle to the dealership because they're just full of excuses when something is wrong and I don't really want to hear it. So my Genesis GB 80 prestige that is over $84,000 it's just sitting in my garage with the dead battery.
