Loven it

Love the videos. The comfort, ride and style. I can fit all of my grandchildren in it. One of my grandchildren gets car sick. We took him this last weekend to the coast and because he can see outside and the ride was so smooth, he did not get car sick. My animals love it too.

Great Car but many Infotainment Issues

Great car in every way, but the Infotainment system is enough of an issue to give us pause. It was erratic almost from the day we drove off the lot, and we will be bringing it back tomorrow to see whether we can have it fixed. How this issue is dealt with will determine my opinion of Genesis. Love the car but....

Genesis GV80 is a great vehicle

I have driven Genesis vehicles since 2017 and downgraded from a G90 To a GV80. No comparison but the GV80 serves my needs at this time. A very fine car.

New Owner

Very comfortable, quiet ride. Only issues are even after three months the entertainment system and other dashboard pop ups are confusing to manage. The center console storage, and glove compartment do not have enough storage. Door pockets are too narrow.

Love car - difficult accessories operation

I think it’s an excellent and well built vehicle and I love it just very unhappy with the technical accessory options. I just don’t feel like I have had proper training. Everything was reviewed at delivery, but I still don’t know how to operate so many things. I believe you should offer training.
