Should have been 5 stars but....
I purchased the vehicle brand new. I went with the advanced trim. Vehicle is beautiful and classy. The day I purchased it was busy at the dealership. Didn't have time to go over all the bells and whistles. So I tried to activate connected services from home. When that didn't work, I called the dealership. And they had me call genesis. I spoke with genesis about the modem, and they try to activate it over the air. My service would not activate despite many attempts. Was told it needed a new modem and would take 425 weeks for that part to come in. At this point, my car only had a couple hundred miles on it. I was really disappointed as this was the first time I ever purchased a brand new vehicle. Felt as though that should never happen when you're buying brand new. They gave me a courtesy car while they worked on my car. Still was tricky to get connected after new modem was installed. But kyle, the salesman, it helped me get everything reset and operating. I love this vehicle but felt really disappointed that I had to go for a while without my brand new car. You don't expect this to happen with something new. Genesis made it right
and I am pleased for that.
