Great for the first 5000 miles. Horrible thereafter.

Was happy with it until it died. Now I don’t know if I can trust it.

Great car, very few issues.

I have had a great experience with almost every aspect of this car, it was relatively affordable, comfortable, and gets great gas mileage. There are only 2 issues I feel are relevant to bring up: If you live in an area that regularly gets below freezing temps in winter, your gas mileage will drop during the cold months. It was not a significant amount, but dropping from 54mpg to 45 mpg is noticeable. The other issue, which was a bigger issue for me, was that there isn't a spare tire mounting location, the space for the spare tire in the non hybrid elantra was given to the hybrid drive system's battery. This was something I didn't realize until I needed the spare, and now drive most of the time with a spare taking some space in the trunk.

This car was totaled after 5 months and replaced with the gas version and the hybrid is so much nicer!!!

The Hybrid Elantra is well worth the extra money . I forget to fill up because it goes so far on a tank I’m not used to needing fuel often . Love the service at my dealership also

Great vehicle with luxury amenities and fuel economy

Great car with all the bells and whistles. This car delivers all the amenities without the high end price. Luxury and comfort. Great value for the money. The mileage and fuel economy are the added benefit. Love my Elantra. Nothing spared on the luxuries and the price is a steal. Makes a conscious consumer feel they stole a great vehicle.

Hybrid Elantra is Fabulous

I love my Hyundai Elantra. It's exactly what I was looking for: a small, four-door hybrid vehicle. It's smooth, quiet, gets great mileage, and has room in the back seat for two cart seats.
