I like this car and DO NOT like the new 2025 KONA, so I am considering buying my 2023 Kona when my lease is up March 2026.

Best small SUV

Absolutely love this little SUV. It has been the best little car. I have come to prefer the SUV over the sedan and have owned several sizes and brands. The Kona has been the best handling and running model yet. The amount of space is perfect for a couple with no kids or big dogs.

Dissatisfied customer

This car has zero trunk space. I’ve already had to replace all the headlights and tail lights. The AC is very loud.

It has the cheapest low grade carpet of any car ever

Would never put white clothe seats in any car ever. Paid for scotch guard. Waste of money

Love my Kona

Very comfortable to drive, just my size! Big enough to carry passengers and carry my treasures when I go on a shopping spree . Great on the highway for road trips, good gas millage too.

Strong Runner

I bought it because I needed a car with a built-in map. About the car. I am impressed with the car's performance, reliability and looks. I am impressed with the Hyundai dealerships as well because they are pretty liberal with allowing frequent oil changes. I do buy a lot of fuel injector cleaner and overall the car runs really well.

Fun car, like it so much we bought a Santa Fe as well

I gave my 13 year old around-town car to a family member, so needed something to replace it. We had a street in our town with a large selection of dealer all in a row. So I went from one to the next shopping for a vehicle that would be large enough for my 6-3 height, but small enough to be nimble around town. The Kona best fit those requirements, and after 12,000 miles, I still enjoy driving it. When it came time to replace the wife's Murano, I again went shopping down dealer row, but ended up right back at the Hyundai dealer to buy a Santa Fe.

Great value for a small vehicle

Even with the most basic options this car has everything I need on a vehicle. It drives nice and is comfortable. There are plenty of safety options. There's plenty of room in the front though the back seat is definitely cramped. The trunk/hatch is extremely small and you can barely fit anything in it. Luckily with the back seats down, you can manage a trip to the grocery store. I wish there was more storage within the car. The water bottle area on the doors is very small. There is no storage or pockets on the back of the seats. Overall I like the vehicle. I think the design is very trendy and it's comfortable to drive. But I feel it lacks storage areas within the car and the hatch area is extremely small.

Lots of great features but a lemon with all the electronics

Love the safety features hate everything else. No wireless CarPlay, blue link functions half the time. Was in the shop for over a month. Dealer ship does poor maintenance

Very good vehicle

Excellent small suv with powerful engine and pleasant riding. just afew minor issues; - Turbo lags a little bit to enter in action after a slow down. - Very noisy tires - brutal braking when getting oiut of a parking lot to warn us that a car ios approachiong.
