Almost a fine vehicle

Very frustrating that my N Series Kona has a stuttering issue when making a turn. I have brought the car to the dealership 3 times and they tell me the stutter is inherent in the design and provided a Service Bulletin from Hyundai confirming the issue as unfixable.

Kona NLine 2024

So far so good. Love the look of the ‘24. Love the space inside compared to the earlier models. The pick up is great. The gas mileage on Highway is decent (usually 32-35mpg HW) I have the Kona NLine. Only thing I wish could be different is the seats. Wish the ‘24 NLine had more interior commodities. Leather seats, fan seats.

No trunk button

It’s a 2024 vehicle with no trunk button in the car or on the remote. Didn’t think I needed to check that before buying. Wish I did. 5 stars if it had a trunk button. Who has a manual trunk in 2024??

Not a horrible car but has some gremlins

This car was a 3 year lease and had the battery die before the first year. The next year we were driving down to Hampstead,NC from Springfield Ohio and the car lost all acceleration power. Was an hour and half away from our destination. Had to have it towed to dealer and daughter had to come pick us up. Didn't have car all week. They had to replace all the fuel injectors. The last issue was just a month ago in the last year of the lease. The instrument panel, displayed no signal so we drove half way home from north carolina before it to restore signal. We had to use waze and GPS on the multimedia panel to see the speed of travel. Took it into dealer when we got back and they couldn't find anything wrong. Currently still does this error on and off. Have 4 months left on lease and hopping nothing else goes wrong before I can turn it back in. Luckily it's a lease and all has been repaired under warranty.

Decent car a few minor glitches but it’s a 24 that’s the first year th

DRL replaced ; water build up / low pitch horn replaced , died / battery replaced after 2 years , died replaced / dash board screen starting to get blotches in it , will be replaced eventually!

Great Vehicle, Bluelink Woes

The car looks great and runs great. I bought it used, and blue link has been a pain since the beginning. It was registered to the previous owner, which meant that my car could be tracked by them. It was incredibly difficult to get it unregistered, as well as to prove to Hyundai that I now owned the car – – despite having all the documentation. I did try to register for blue link myself, and was going to be charged for it. We recently, I saw that they had a free option – – but that has taken over a week for them to approve, despite having all my documentation from months ago. I cannot believe the buffoonery of Bluelink.

2024 Kona- Underwhelming

I’ve been a Hyundai customer for just about/over 20 years, always driving a Tuscon. I went smaller with my most recent lease with the Kona and haven’t been as satisfied as I have been with my past Tucson’s. Since I’ve had it, the instrument panel blacks out while driving, software issues and losing the navigation/remote start, and twice my sunroof stopped opening. I also don’t like the shifter being on the steering wheel. When this lease is up, I will be returning to the Tuscon or a larger Hyundai.
