Great car but complicated

I absolutely love this car but some of the high tech stuff is too difficult to figure out. I would love to use the auto park and parallel park feature but can't figure it out. I can make it go forwards and backwards but that is it. I also HATE the auto shut off feature and even the government says it does more harm than good. I know I can turn it off EVERYTIME I start the car but want it permanently disabled !!!

Great car, with an underlying problem

The car is beautiful, it drives like a luxury vehicle, and the interior is well made. But there’s a problem with the front end that the Hyundai techs can’t figure out. When I’m breaking, and the car goes over a slight to regular sized bump, the brakes stutter and skip to the point where it feels like something is wrong. It’s been in the shop twice now to get looked at, both times they’ve told me nothings wrong, but it feels like the problem is getting worse. Frankly, I wish I hadn’t brought the car because I fear it’s going to lead to a larger problem or even failure one day. I wish Hyundai would reach out to me to help me fix this issue!

Gear Selector Needs to be Inverted!

Our 2024 Hyundai Palisade Premium is an overall excellent SUV. Comfortable, responsive, fit and finish are excellent, options all work, great gas mileage, safe and reliable. BUT there is one thing that MUST be changed! The gear selector needs to be inverted! The "D" for Drive needs to at the top facing the front of the vehicle to indicate forward motion and the "R" for Reverse needs to be at the bottom facing the rear of the vehicle to indicate rearward motion. Those are the "intuitive" positions that make sense. NOT the way they are now. Doesn't make any sense the way they are currently set up. Think about it! Thank You!

We love this car! In fact we liked it so much, we bought a second one! We love all the features and feel like it's a good value vs similar Ford or Chevy options. The only cars that we feel compare in quality, comfort & features are Lincolns.

Fit and finish is decent. Customer service below average, app is below average. Leather seats wear too easy, finish on door handles and leather on steering wheel way to thin and wears way to fast.
