Love the Santa Cruz for the tech and efficient design. Love the cooler in the bed and rack on the top off the truck for easy hauling of larger items

Happy with SC overall

I wish the Santa Cruz LTD had memory seats like my '17 Elantra LTD did. Overall, I am happy with the vehicle. I don't like how the transmission can take time shifting into drive from park, and also how jerky it can be at very low speeds. My 26 Sonata N line with the same engine and transmission has neither of these traits and is much more refined.

Hoped for better reliability.

Built in design flaws- radiator grill allows road debris to puncture radiator; Hyundai won’t cover this under warranty. See the internet for all the unhappy customers! My third and final Hyundai!

I like the great styling, especially the front end. It is nice to have a truck that actually fits in a garage. For a grade, I would give it a B+/A- and would buy another one.

After a horrible experience with both the dealership i got the vehicle from and some electrical issues that seemed to pop on and off whenever they pleased we decided to get rid of the vehicle for the safety of our family
