Happy overall with the vehicle

There are a few things I would make better with this vehicle. Air cooled seats, actual 4WD instead of the AWD, ability to tow 7,500lbs, proximity key so doors unlock as you approach, bluetooth with phone instead of plug in

I enjoy my 2024 Santa Cruz Limited but there are some short cummings

I love the versatility of the vehicle, but two things that will cause me not to lease a new one when my lease expires in November 2026 are the lack of Wireless CarPlay and the fact that my truck bed cover leaks, making it unusable to carry things if it's raining or has rained.

2024 Santa Cruz Pros and Cons

Overall my experience has been positive. The ride is very smooth and comfortable. The seats are comfortable and roomy , even in the back. The acceleration is on point and the multi view cameras and screen are a good feature. The headlight strength and design is excellent. Traveling on a dirt road is surprisingly smooth, even from the back seat. The rolling bed cover is a great feature, although it isn't always easy to open or close, and the locking mechanism is awkward. The biggest con is an intermittent sensation of pulling to the left while driving, which feels like the front end and not the wheel. That has happened since day one , and is concerning. Overall it is an excellent small truck and has received many compliments

Smart little Cruck

This is an excellent multiusage vehicle. It is handy for the DIY'r & weekend camper, as well as stylish enough to enjoy a fancy night on the town. Gas mileage is good & the turbo version is very peppy. Lots of useful technology & accessories.
