Everything on the car was great only thing that could of made it perfect was to offer 0% financing in November when I bought it but no you waited to offer it the following month.

Perfect car for our needs which include safety, visiblity and more

As we enter later stages of life (late 70s) selecting just the right car is critical. After much comparison we found the Hyundai Santa Fe (Hybrid) to be ideal for all of our needs. We needed comfort, visibility, driver assist and safety options. cost to purchase and operation, ease of maintenance and so much more. With10k miles in 13 months we love it dearly and has not disappointed once. About only critical observations is that third row seats are difficult to enter/exit so we have not used them once but cargo space is superior. We would have liked to have the rear-view driving camera as an option or standard on the Santa Fe as it is in the Palisade and as our previous Toyota RAV4 had.

Great Looks, Great Ride, Great Comfort, Poor Reliability

My Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy turns heads, is very comfortable on the road, it has great features that are functional and easy to use. The mileage is excellent with over 500 miles to the tank, it is super quiet, BUT at least the Hybrid version is not reliable. I've had my vehicle for 13 months and it has less than 12,000 miles total and it has left me stranded on the highway twice. It loses power without warning and both times I went from going 70 mph down to 25 mph without warning, creating a safety hazard as I had to change lanes going 25 mph, while other vehicles are traveling highway speed. The first time, it was at the dealership service department for two weeks, I got it back and 1,000 miles later it did it again. As of this writing my Santa Fe Hybrid Calligraphy has been with the dealer a total of 15 days and counting without any assurances that I will get it back anytime soon. I should have just gone with the gas version and perhaps I could have avoided all these headaches and potential accidents.

Outstanding first impressions, positive comments from friends and strangers, and nice fuel efficiency. Fit and Finish Interior: Minor build quality issue (second row seat arm rest bolt covers) Exterior: Undercarriage wind deflector has already suffered damage due to road debris. (A reinforced / lightly armored fabric would be a better solution)

2025 Santa fe

This car drives very well but it is a huge learning curve to get comfortable with. We got very little training at time of sale and the manual is horrible. It’s hard to find even the most basic things in the alphabetical index. We bought the mid level with leatherette seats but it didn’t even have a garage door button. I miss a lot of these basic things but overall it gets good gas mileage and is a nice 7 seat suv.
