I have been experiencing vibration issues from day 1 of buying the car and no one from dealer, service center or corporate is ready to help. It is ridiculous how bad post sales service are at HYUNDAI

Really enjoying my vehicle

Overall, I LOVE my 2025 Honda Santa Fe Hybrid. The gas mileage on the hybrid is great, I average between 36-38 MPG! I love the interior and there are so many aesthetic and safety features that I really love. The only two features I feel aren't 100% is the biometrics finger scan doesn't scan my fingers well, which just means I need to enter my passcode to log into my profile. Not a deal breaker, but a bit annoying sometimes. The other feature that doesn't work as well as it should is the chargers. The phone gets REALLY hot while charging and it's not a rapid charger. Overall, I am very happy with this purchase.

Love to drive this SUV

Love all of the options and the drive of this vehicle. The only small critique I have is that the front cup holders do not keep the cup in the holders tightly. They tend to lean as you turn.

Overall surprised that a Hyundai had gotten so good.

I'm overall very pleased with the vehicle. Coming from a Lexus NX350H which was similarly priced, this has all the same features plus some. Real leather seats, for example. The downside I suppose is power. The Lexus uses a more modern hybrid powertrain so even though the Lexus has an eCVT, the benefit is more power but practically the same fuel economy. That being said , the Santa Fe feels more luxurious than a supposed luxury brand.

Great car for carrying a lot of stuff economically

This is a great car if carrying volume and mileage are more important than styling. The safety features are thorough and visibility is excellent. The ride is very comfortable and it’s easy to handle for a large vehicle.
