It is a nice car, comfortable and has a lot of computer components.

I am disappointed in the gas mileage on the road, it does get 35 mpg in town when electric is working

Great car

Overall. great car. There are many features I absolutely love, and a few I would change. It runs nicely and smoothly. It has a great look and looks very luxurious/high end! Hyundai has a great warranty. It is very roomy inside and has great amenities. A lot of design thought went in to this vehicle and it is noticeable. Would definitely recommend,

Great vehicle and gas saver

I LOVE our Santa Fe. It rides like a limo but sips gas like a mo-ped! It’s beautiful, spacious and quiet. My average MPG for entire 4000miles is 37 - incredible!!!

Pest LOVE the soy wire coverings

This car has a few annoying things. The cup holders in the front are in a bad location. The camera that monitors the road alerts when it shouldn't, and because it's mounted above the steering wheel, you can't rest your hand on the top of the wheel. The sunroom doesn't open or close automatically. It doesn't come with a spare tire, which I wasn't told about. I just had to pay over $500 for repairs because of rodents. My car is 2.5 months old. I found out that Hyundai uses soy-coated wires, which attract rodents (duh, it's a food product). Of course, Hyundai will not cover this, and now I have to wrap all my wires. That is insane.

Just what we needed

Love the safety features and the comfort. Vehicle tracking on the road can feel a little weird. Not crazy about the low profile tires. Very expensive and provides a rougher ride.

Not designed for the driver

The car runs very well, but the driver needs are very poorly designed. The camera is very intrusive, the car is listening to everything you say, and the controls are poorly designed and placed. Many control items completely disappear when the sun is bright, because they are not bright enough and are at the wrong angle. Constantly hitting unintended controls when trying to do something. Radio controls are poor and hard to reach. Given a week to test the vehicle I never would have purchased it. Terrible.

Great value vehicle

Nice design, confortable ride, fuel efficient and for the price, I believe it was the best choice. Things I am not a fan of are the second row A/C vent, the rear cargo area although boxy, requires a lot of space to open the tailgate, first few hundred miles I noticed the transmission holds gears due to the engine/electric motor transfer over. Nevertheless it has been a good experience owning it.
