Just what we needed

Love the safety features and the comfort. Vehicle tracking on the road can feel a little weird. Not crazy about the low profile tires. Very expensive and provides a rougher ride.

Not designed for the driver

The car runs very well, but the driver needs are very poorly designed. The camera is very intrusive, the car is listening to everything you say, and the controls are poorly designed and placed. Many control items completely disappear when the sun is bright, because they are not bright enough and are at the wrong angle. Constantly hitting unintended controls when trying to do something. Radio controls are poor and hard to reach. Given a week to test the vehicle I never would have purchased it. Terrible.

Great value vehicle

Nice design, confortable ride, fuel efficient and for the price, I believe it was the best choice. Things I am not a fan of are the second row A/C vent, the rear cargo area although boxy, requires a lot of space to open the tailgate, first few hundred miles I noticed the transmission holds gears due to the engine/electric motor transfer over. Nevertheless it has been a good experience owning it.

POOR TIRES

Love the car. BUT! I took my car on a trip from Idaho to Ohio and I had 2850 miles on the car. My left rear tire developed a bulge in the tire so I went to a Hyundai dealer to have it checked. They said the tire would have to be replaced and I would have to cover the cost of a new tire. $300. Hyundai doesn't cover tire tires on the car. the car pay had had less than 3000 miles and I had to buy a new tire on the road. I think that was very poor since it was a new car over $60,000 for the car!!!!

Smooth with quirks

Overall a comfortable car. It has often updates that totally redo the dashboard and infotainment system that is a distraction. I had my passenger window explode on day 3 because of a pressure issue.
