Nice amenities, but road alert warnings (take a break, etc.) a hassle

Over all, it’s got some great features (HUD, cameras, etc.), but the road alert warnings “time to take a break” are very annoying. The other problem is the steering vibration above 70 mph. The dealer has checked the tires, alignment, but still the vibration is still there. My 2024 Honda Ridgeline drives so much better.

Overall Excellent reliable car

This is my 4th Hyundai SF,AWD, features have gotten more refined with each generation, My wife is the primary driver of this car and she does not want to consider any other car or brand each time we are in the need to upgrade, we usually purchase car from new and keep for 3-4 years, I usually purchase from the same location Fitzgerald Gaithersburg MD, which is also part of why we keep going back to same location and model, as service is consistent

gas guzzler

we drive around town a lot and are constantly fueling up. the hybrid should be easier to obtain financially there’s currently a big difference in monthly/pay in full amounts

Meh - Decent car

We bought our Santa Fe in April 2025, we've already had multiple problems with it. Tires only lasted 15000 miles, a brake rotor already wore out at 14000 miles, we've had multiple cosmetic issues as well as having to replace the interior phone charging system not to mention multiple exterior cosmetic issues. Just not impressed overall as much as I thought I would be.

I love my vehicle just not service. My drivers door handle stopped working so I had to have it replaced they painted it the wrong color. Every time I try to call checkered flag Hyundai i get the run around, no answer, told i can only come in on Friday and they may get it fixed last time they had car for 3 days. I have tried over and over to call Arletha and gotten hung up on every time. I want the problem fixed but I work and only having a painter on Friday is a Hyundai problem. I have to have my car to get to and from work 10-6:30pm. I tried to call Hyundai America corp. and got hung up on I'm sure by AI. I love my Hyundai and this is my third Santa fe but pretty sure it will be my last. My daughter has my 2019 I just wanted an upgrade I bought 2025 and paid cash for it. I moved from Maryland to Virginia Beach that's when issues started never had problems with service in Maryland

Not user friendly

The information system is not user friendly. The system keeps switching programs on its own. The radio does not give information as to what you listen to. Jeep has a much better info system. None of the controls are user friendly. Heat air conditioning etc are difficulty to program. The distracted driver warning system is awful Need a way to disable it. The tail gate opening is awful. Not well designed.
