In my opinion and experiences dealing with this specific Hyundai dealership is outstanding. I have never ever gotten better service from any other dealership. From what I can see being in management for a half century, it appears that this service area is well managed. Everyone is friendly and willing to help you. It's a pleasure taking my cars (both are Hyundai) to this dealership.

My vehicle

I am so pleased with both of my Hyundai purchases. I currently own A Black Label Sonata. The only thing I would do differently would be to have a sun roof. I am currently in the market for a new car and it will definitely be a Hyundai.

My wife & I really enjoy this Sonata.

My wife & I really enjoy this Sonata. The performance is very good, the price was good (although I was the first official owner, the dealership itself was driving it for a couple years prior to my own purchase. They stated Hyundai would treat my car as NEW.) The fuel economy is quite good in this Sonata, and the ride is smooth. I do prefer the exterior styling of this year to the 2020-2021 models. I also feel safer in this Sonata in rain & ice than I did in my previous 2013 Elantra. Due to the low ground clearance & light rear-end weight, it does have issues in snow, but I have compensated somewhat by switching to winter tires and adding 100+ lbs of weight in the trunk to improve winter month traction.

This car is amazing! Fun to drive and have gotten many compliments on how it looks. The sound system in the car is incredible. I love how the GPS screen is big and easy to read. Driving with the sun roof open and music on, is the best! I love my car!!

For the money I’ve owned a lot of vehicles this is a great car you do hear road noise is in the Kumo tire that they put on there does not last long but overall the car is comfort interior exterior gas mileage is outstanding but the rest of the car is well above average to get the good performance and gas mileage in this day and age when the government is cutting all our oil out and gas prices are going to store it will be nice to be driving a good high Hyundai

I bought this car after much research through consumer reports and test drives at 3 dealerships. I chose based on the quality of the salesman and the test ride. You would be surprised Haworth many dealership’s want you to test drive in any empty gas tank.

Great fuel economy, comfortable, fun to drive, spacious, very modern; mine is limited turbo edition and I love it! I drive a lot for my job, many miles & hours at a time, so the price was excellent for everything included. I had a long checklist of must-haves and I got even more than I expected! Love my car.

Nice price, good options, attractive styling

The vehicle is great looking,easy driving,and has outstanding options and warranty compared to it's competitors.It's longer term reliability and durability appear questionable, so I recommend to trade it in while it still retains 50% residual value, and remains under warranty, so it can be dealer certified for resale.

Poor

Will not buy another Hyundai twice the car left me stranded and instead of the dealer ship fixing the problem they put new brakes and new cruse control and its has did it again, took car back to dealership and was told all reads OK

We traded in our Elantra for and roomie model And the Sonata has plenty of room in the interior. We like the newer front grills they just came out with but waiting for the Santa Cruz Truck to hit the market for our next trade in.

Paint doesn’t last long

They don’t standby there paint job on a new car .The paint will peel off quickly on white color .I’ve paid once for a paint job at the top of my car now I have to pay for a paint job on the hood now.you can call ,but they will tell you they are not responsible for that or your warranty is up,but I have bought several new cars before and never had that experience before .

very happy with vehicle ride-performance- gas mileage-comfort has great pick-up -interior very roomey and comfortable. - radio system exceptionally good- ride is very smooth has fantastic gas mileage and pick-up on highways especially entering them. Cruise control works well easy to use.

Overall I love my car. This is my second one. I bought three Hyundai’s at one time for my family so I like the brand and their vehicles. The only hesitation I would have going forward is all the problems I have with the engine. My first car the engine went out and my current 2018 has been to the dealership twice for engine related issues and has left me stranded a couple of times and created hazardous conditions when it goes into limp mode.

Great Value.

Quality Vehicle. No problems at all after two years. My only maintenance cost is an oil change. Many rebates. High value trade-in for my 2011 Sonata. Great handling, acceleration, ride. quietness. Good sound system. Lumbar support.
