engine noise and some sluggishness, AC seems straining on very hot/humid days, no seat pocket behind driver’s seat, gas mileage(while good is below the performance I had in prior Sonata—22/23?) —- I have had 6 Sonata’s, lack of turn signal indicators on external side mirrors ( a real competitive deficiency), navigation display during daytime driving is almost illegible bec of the black background, navigation system seems to be less accurate and useful than commercial offerings on cell phones, etc

Crappy communication from Hyundai

Having an issue with Key Fob and BDC board. No communication from Corporate to dealership about back ordered BDC board. No timeline, and my vehicle is at a dealership without cover and we live in a hail prone area. Hyundai needs to be more forthcoming with timelines and problems.

Sonata SEL CONVIENCE

Never thought I would ever buy Hyundai. In 2020 purchased my first Hyundai Tucson LOVED IT. HOWEVER when the new SONATA emerged I really wanted this car. Very sporty love the different drive modes, security features and the screen display. Never had any issues AT ALL. Only basic maintenance and one recall which happens with ALL car brands

Not that great

The automatic start through the app does not work, I have call customer service and took vehicle to dealership but no one can fix it. I would really appreciate if someone would contact me and get this feature fixed since I paid for it.

Engine was very noisy from the start. Took it in several times and was told there was nothing wrong with it. Checked other cars the same year and they were much quieter.
