No help received from Manoj or Inderjeet

My vehicle does not run correctly unless it is using premium fuel. This has been condemned at the dealership and not one single person from the manufacturer willing to make it right. Shame on me for having been misled by thinking it takes regular fuel. Nobody is willing to accept responsibility other than myself for being silly enough Dubai this type of vehicle without doing any research on how you guys have helped your customers when they find issues wrong with their new car. I guess nobody wants to take care of the car and fix it. You guys need to tell people that these vehicles take premium fuel before they buy a car and then have to find out the hard way. If I put regular fuel in my car, it has a detonation issue, and this was condemned at the dealership by several technicians. Both of your reps listed in the title promised that they would take care of things and they told me that I do not qualify for anything. I will never buy a Hyundai again and I will always tell people my experience and show them the videos of the noises coming from my 2025 Sonata.

don't understand the bells and whistles

i got so little instruction on how to do certain things on the car. when i asked salesman about something, he said either don't touch that or don't worry about that. he did tell me it would charge my phone, it does not. i had no idea how to open for the gas, or operate the windshield wipers. i stil don't know how to use fob to start the car or how to use the gps. sometimes the fob in my purse won't open the door, so i have to physical take it out to open. a lot of little things that are annoying. and forget about reading the book!!!!

Does the job

Excellent interior design and features. Love the Hyundai app and the overall quality of the vehicle. Customer service is top notch. However, Doesn’t feel like AWD, although it is. Not good in the snow at all. Extremely slow pick up. At times the rear sensors are not accurate. Getting insurance on a Hyundai now is problematic. I have always love this brand so much but unfortunately I may need to venture out with my next vehicle purchase.

I like my vehicle but I feel like it drinks more fas then the Camry I owned before this vehicle. Interior space is limited too. I guess I didn't really view my options but I am stuck wit this vehicle.

Electrical Issues After One Year

Electrical issues with windows not rolling down when vehicle is started, driver assistance system limited error message, camera obscured error message. Jerking motion when accelerating. Acceleration drags sometimes and the vehicle feels heavy.
