I like all of the cars features, except that the battery goes dead if not used with in 3-4 days. Definitely not happy about this.

Black exterior trim issues

Tell incredibly disappointed that my car’s black exterior trim melts in the sun, and I can’t even park my car with in my driveway without it melting from the sun

love everything except the back up beeper & the electronics interface

it is more like a car than a truck. everything is great except for the back up beeper ( who thought putting it under the hood in the FRONT of the car, then making it really loud while it is BACKING UP was a good idea ) The electronics are clunky. Making a phone call for example. it is very slow to process and if you say anything else even after waiting it tries to process that too and wont make a call. Same for the directions function. I just connect it to car play and it works fine. Everything else about the car is great !

Smooth quiet peppy!

I love driving this hybrid SUV. The ride is quiet and comfortable, and it has more pep than I expected. The mileage isn’t what Hyundai claims— is it ever? I’m averaging 32-33 mpg for a fairly even balance of street and freeway driving vs. 38 mpg. The interior is very attractive with plenty of leg room in the backseat and a good amount of cargo space. However, the instrument panel could be improved. The nav screen is plenty big with a great backup camera, but it could be positioned a bit higher for better “eyes on the road”. I’m not happy with the radio, AC, Media, etc controls— I have to LOOK at them to adjust and that’s more eyes OFF the road. It’s not intuitive like the controls in my old Toyota Highlander. (I recently rented a Jeep SUV and the control panel was much better designed.) There’s been some quirky incidents: twice, the auto brakes were applied while driving on the freeway for absolutely no reason and that was dangerous and scary! I was not drifting into another lane, no one was near me, then BAM! Wtf? I could have been rear-ended! When I reported this, the service center implied it was my fault but it definitely was not. Despite these complaints, my next car might be another Hyundai Tuscon if improvements are made because I really do love driving this car.

Accelerator not comfortable, you can feel the sound and struggle

Tucson hybrid is good vehicle but. Its did save me in accident, but when i press the accelerator, i can feel the vehicle really trying hard, but you can hear only the sound. Its takes a while for it to pickup from initial state.

This is a great car- fun to drive, handles very well and is very comfortable and quiet. The only improvement that I would like to see is that the side view mirrors turn in whenever the car is turned off

Could not be happier with a vehicle

60,000 plus miles in about three years. My wife and I have been on cross country trips to be with family, as well as work on our visiting of all the national parks in the lower 48. Comfort, reliability, gas mileage (around 32mpg) have all been a blessing. Fair warning, the higher speed limits in some states is great - but mpg does drop with 75-80 speed limits.
