Solid good quality car. I love the hybrid

It's not luxury, there's nothing plush about the Tucson. But there's the thing. I like the Tucson Hybrid better than my wife's BMW. It's more comfortable, handles better and gets way better gas mileage.

The limited 2024 Tucson is a decent car for the price point however falls short in some areas, including not having wireless Android Auto (Despite some hyundai tutorial displaying how to set it up. Check the comments for the model and years it actually applies to) also the heat/air take a substantial amount of time (and driving) to meet optimal temperature. The vehicle has nice features, stylish, and drivers smooth. It is also pretty good on gas mileage.

Had consistent check engines lights, now the bluelink / modem do not work. Rattles in the hatchback area.

Dan's Tucson Hybrid Review

Love this car! It is exactly what we required. I did extensive research before buying and compared it to eight other vehicles in this class. The large array of safety features combined with a great electronics package and the roomy interior which includes best in class rear cargo space checked all the boxes. When you consider all of the above mentioned features, and then consider the fact that it has beautiful styling and has the lowest cost to operate of the other eight vehicles I compared, the Tucson had to be the right choice for us!

Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Blue

I bought my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Blue in December 2024. It is now January 2026. I have had over a dozen (12) visits back to the dealership and, unfortunately, more than half of them were due to issues. Honestly, nothing has ever been wrong with the vehicle. I drive over 4 hours a day. I have only ever had 1 issue - intermittently all of the dashboard lights will illuminate and my car battery will eventually die if I do not pull over and power cycle multiple times until I can ensure the car will successfully switch and maintain EV mode. I know it has to be tied to a glitch - and I’ve brought it back countless times for the same issue and have never found a solution - yet at least. What’s even more odd is the more I looked into it - the more this occurred and not only in the Hybrid community. With that issue addressed - I really do love my Tucson. I am in the Army and drive from Panama City to Alabama everyday - so over 4 hour commuting. This vehicle has been comfortable, reliable, and an overall great experience despite feeling a bit unsafe due to the battery issues. I am a bit concerned with bringing my children in this vehicle but only due to the battery issues. I don’t want to get stuck in traffic with my 2 year old in the back seat in inclement weather.

Good car.. I miss the sunglass holder above the rearview mirror. also not fond of the gear buttons; I would rather have a gear shift handle. Heat takes a long time. I do like the remote start. Not sure the back windshield wiper angle works for me; it tends to result iin drippy field of vision when the washer fluid is used.
