An Attractive Compact Ride

My Hyundai Tucson gets me where I need to go in style. It’s economical to operate, stylish, and compact. Three things prevent me from giving it a 10: 1. Sometimes while driving, it will suddenly overcorrect — pulling left or right which is a bit scary, 2. The cup holder is too small to hold the average water bottles. 3. If parked for 3-4 weeks without use, it shuts down and not even the doors would open. 4. The vehicle’s maintenance schedule needs to align with the dealership’s. The car is telling us it’s time for maintenance at 5,000 miles but the dealership says it’s 8,000 miles. This is very confusing.

Nice car..

Love the ride, but hybrid motor needs some tweaking. It goes into sleep mode after 5 days, so you have to reset it. That’s ok, except if you are gone for extended periods of time. It’s an easy process, but a pain. Otherwise, I like everything about this car.

Great Vehicle

Overall an excellent vehicle. I’ve only had problems with my interior USB connectivity. Exterior: whoever designed the windshield wiper placement was deranged. Nearly impossible to replace. Interior: cup holders in the back near the floor would be helpful. Cup holders in the pulldown armrest need larger holes to accommodate drinks.

Only little issues so far

Love the ride and the mileage. Some issues I have had are rear window washer fluid not working. Sometimes I unlock remotely in case my passenger gets to the car first but when I get near it automatically relocks. Overall I love the car.

Great car and value

This car is a pleasure to drive and is loaded with features. It was a great value for the combo of price, features, mileage and warranty. I have owned it for 18 months with no problems. Only suggestions for improvement are to have a volume knob for the radio and larger and more numerous cupholders
