Could be better

I would give our 2024 Tucson Hybrid the full five stars if it actually came close to achieving the stated fuel consumption of 38 mpg. Alas, my wife and I have only experienced consumption rates between 28 and 30 MPG. You are overstating this value by more than 20%. Other than the fuel consumption rate, the Tucson is on par with other vehicles in its class (CRV, RAV4, etc). We have enjoyed driving the vehicle in town and on the highway.

Hyundai

Had ALL the bells and whistles which was great. However, being given the response “you’ll have to wait until it happens again” wasn’t acceptable. There was an alert about the hybrid system and the vehicle wouldn’t accelerate.

Dependable, comfortable, and great on fuel

I love my Tuscon hybrid. It's got tons of features and for a nice size SUV, it's great on gas. I love the lane assist and adaptive cruise control. It makes long highway trips so easy. What I don't love is the center console or the phone charger. When the phone is on the wireless charger, it's too low and pointed away from you, so you can't even glance at it if necessary. I just think the whole console and storage can be better engineered.

I love my Hyundai Tuscon Hybrid EXCEPT FOR ONE THING: IF I DO NOT START THE CAR FOR SEVERAL DAYS, I AM LOCKED OUT. THIS HAPPENED WHEN I CAME HOME FROM VACATION AND AFTER A PERIOD OF ILLNESS. I WAS NOT TOLD THIS WHEN PURCHASING THE CAR. IF I HAD BEEN TOLD, IT WOULD HAVE BEEN A HUGE FACTOR IN PURCHASING THIS VEHICLE.
