Love my Hyundai Tucson Hybrid (2024)

Great value for the price, comfortable, good gas mileage. I love road tripping in it, it’s comfortable. I also am surprised at how much I like all the driving safety features. I’m still learning about all the things that I can do with the car and I appreciate all the available video tutorials. Hard for me to assess the reliability at this point. I had to put money into adjusting the full injection system at 11,000 miles, hence the 8 stars.

Good comfortable suv

It's an enjoyable vehicle, as we bought it for the great gas mileage it achieves. Sporty looking. And we have an excellent relationship with our local hyundai dealer. As this is our second hyundai vehicle purchased. I'm sure will go back soon to purchase another. Great warranty coverage

Too much talking tech!

Great vehicle— love to 360° cameras All of the messages are annoying— service reminders, leave vehicle is pulling away— just leave me alone I know the back up noise is a law, but I don’t need my neighbors to be disturbed every time I back into my parking space in the garage— great example of using Tech without consideration of practical issues This winter I did not use my vehicle for a short period and I had to recharge the battery because it wouldn’t start—-figure out a way for that not to happen anymore Overall, it’s OK

I love my Tucson Hybrid

Cabin is comfortable snd spacious. Plenty of helpful safety and driver assistance features. Peppy engine with good mpg. Suspension is way too stiff, resulting in an uncomfortable ride over rough city streets (of which there are unfortunately too many).

Almost a FIVE Star

Overall, my experience has been wonderful. It's easy to drive. I love the safety features. The Smart Cruise Control is fabulous! My gas mileage is close to the advertised 28 mpg; sometimes higher, sometimes lower. It shifts almost imperceptibly between EV and gas. The sight lines are much better than my previous Santa Fe and headlights much improved. The only problem I've had with it concerned the starting battery which inexplicably cratered after the car was garaged for three days. The car was locked and I could not get into it. I had to call the Hyundai Road Service who came out quickly, was able to break into the car and get it started. They then tried to sell me a battery. (?) I took it to my Hyundai dealer who kept it for several days (they did give me a loaner.) They could find nothing wrong with it, but cautioned me that I could not let it set for several days (!?!) They did explain to me about the reset button, which none of the new car people had bothered to tell me about. Now, when I garage it for several days, I make sure it is unlocked. This is the only blemish in an otherwise stellar relationship with my Hyundai Tucson. I worry about parking it at the airport and finding it comatose on my return. I would certainly appreciate a better remedy that the one offered by my dealership - "Make sure you drive it at least 20 minutes every three days."
