Great vehicle and all the features I want. Avg 35.1 miles per gallon since I drive it off the lot and have 18k miles.

Quite pleased overall, but…

Love the ride and the features but there are times where MPG seems to be poor. There are times where computer reports around 28 MPG when normally I would get 38 MPG for same trips with same driving behavior. The ride isn’t rough that might indicate carbon buildup on spark plugs, so I have no idea why it occurs intermittently. Other than that, me and the wife are very happy with the vehicle.

Love it for the most part

Only issue I have is after having it a year, it gets less miles per gallon than before. Overall, we love it. We have had to have a few computerized things fixed though.

Don’t waste your money

Very poorly put together vehicle with a lot of issues. Wind noise inside the car is extremely loud. Door locks operate on their own free will (electrical issue maybe). Road noise is terrible. Not very comfortable after 30 minutes. Suspension is terrible and very bouncy almost like riding in an old jeep wrangler. Transmission feels like it constantly skips and the car will either have no guts or lurches on take off for no reason So much more but too much to list. Would not recommend this vehicle and can’t wait to get rid of it.

Frustrating, finance guy is the classic slimy "used car salesman".

Ovrall I like my Tucson. However, interactions with the dealer service department is always extremely frustrating. Service manager refused to meet, lied about his availability, left when he found out I was at the service department - NOT a good experience. Really bad.

Competent but underwhelming

Jack of all trades master of none. The Tucson Hybrid N-Line is the bell curve in compact SUV terms. It’s your average compact SUV in all areas. It doesn’t do anything poorly but it also doesn’t excel at anything. It’s just OK.
