2024 Tucson Hev

We enjoy driving the Tucson. Minor complaints include inability to lock the car with the driver door open. Also, the back seats do not fold flat making it difficult to place bulky items in the back storage area.

Great Vehicle

Great vehicle, except too many alerts and dings. The backup beeping is ridiculous. TOO LOUD. Also, when getting in vehicle, it dings 6 times, WHAT FOR? Also, walking up to vehicle, it beeps, but why? Also, if you too walk slow behind vehicle, the hatch opens - too sensitive.

Great little hybrid crossover

We love this vehicle. Pretty much everything about it is perfect, especially at this price point. My only complaint is that the vehicle/Hyundai send notifications saying service is due, but it does not tell you what service is needed. This is frustrating and many time there is no service due.

Vehicle would not unlock,could not enter vehicle,had to get towed to dealer.dealer used a tool to open,not a key,never told us what or why this happened,other than saying it is ok now....... Someone knows....poor service
