Best appearamn

Only two things I rate poorly. One is the highway mileage is low especially at speeds over 65 mph. My opinion is it could use at least one more overdrive gear. Second dislike is the car times out (or whatever it’s officially called) after no use for no consistent amount of days. Sometimes it might be a week and others only a few days. I don’t drive the vehicle everyday but do try to once a week. I’ve taken it to two dealerships to see if they could diagnose this and have been told that I need to drive it more. It doesn’t make sense to me that I have to drive the Tucson more than I need to just to keep this from happening. Also having to pop off the cover for the manual key cylinder is cumbersome and doing the correct button press and timing many times sets off the alarm. Every time I get it started the battery level is up at or close to when I parked it. I do really like the ride and performance. Better than the RAV4 I previously owned.

Love my Tucson!

The Tucson is a great vehicle. Mine is a Hybrid, so I get great gas milage and it drives smoothly. It's the perfect size for me. It has all the bells and whistles plus some. The only two things I would want different about the Tucson is it to come as a fully electric vehicle and to have a "dog mode" (where you can keep the air on and lock the doors while your dog is inside) as I take my dog with me every where. I plan on keeping this vehicle for a long time.

It’s been a mostly very good vehicle with an awful dealer network

Functional use of the vehicle and performance has been very good. I had a crankshaft sensor fail at 60,000 miles that was, surprisingly, not covered under warranty. This is one of the dealer issues I could go into. Overall their dealerships suck at everything and do not represent a decent vehicle very well.
